Entry requirements

You will need to have completed a teaching or training qualification and be fit for full operational duties in accordance with service requirements. This course is for competent wearers of breathing apparatus as detailed in the National Operational Guidance for BA.

Delivery format

In-person at Fire Service College, Moreton-in-Marsh. Assessment: Theory and practical exercises, including stairwell and basement simulations. 

Certification awarded

SFJ Level 3 Award in Positive Pressure Ventilation Training.
