  • Core fireground skills including pumps, ladders, BA operations, tactical ventilation, and the science of fire behaviour.
  • Knowledge and application of firefighting foams, complementary media, and aviation-specific hazards.
  • Understanding of aviation legislation, aircraft construction, engines, undercarriages, fuels, and new generation aircraft.
  • Aircraft firefighting tactics and techniques, including competency across CAP 699 AFF 1 - 9.
