Course overview and learning outcomes

The College provides team building events quite unlike any others. Utilising our Incident Ground and Firefighter skill sets we can guarantee our customers a unique, exciting and enjoyable experience packed full of individual and team learning outcomes. A team building element can be included in all of the Leadership & Decision Making courses or can be provided as a ‘stand alone’ event. 

Your team will undertake a number of activities designed to build and develop; 

  • Communication skills: written, verbal, non-verbal 
  • Mutual trust 
  • Confidence 
  • Shared situational awareness 
  • Team forming: skill & attitude matching 
  • Teamwork 
  • Leadership
