Incident commanders work in challenging and pressurised situations. Our expert instructors regularly share their skills with non-UKFRS customers through the delivery of bespoke incident management, leadership and decision-making courses and team building events.
The College is a Joint Oil Industry Fire Forum (JOIFF) and United Kingdom Onshore Pipeline Operators’ Association (UKOPA) accredited training centre. As such our Incident Command Department offers customers a range of bespoke courses that enable their employees to practice their company policies and procedures in a realistic, immersive, multi-agency emergency response environment.
The courses are designed in collaboration with the customer and can be tailored to cover all leadership and command levels within your organisation – operational, tactical and strategic – utilising a blended approach to learning.
The College also offers JOIFF accredited site-specific courses including: Site Incident Controller, Site Main Controller and Emergency Control Centre.
Our customers include oil and gas pipeline operators across both transmission and delivery sectors, fuel storage and distribution companies, COMAH sites, those responsible for elements of Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and the transport sector.
