Who should attend and key benefits

This course is aimed at personnel who are about to take up a position or who are responsible for the design and delivery of training and development, at all levels within their organisation, who wish to create an interactive learning environment within a structured framework.

This course is also suitable for experienced trainers who wish to refresh their existing training delivery skills.

How is the course assessed and accredited?

Learners are assessed against the learning outcomes throughout, using practical observation, which is underpinned by technical and practical instructional skill assessments, which will assess the learner’s ability to prepare and deliver training on a range of Fire Service related subjects.

In addition, learners will be assessed on their ability to create, plan and conduct, safe and meaningful `live` fire ground training exercises.
