Congratulations to Stansted Airport Fire & Rescue Service on their latest cohort of apprentices, all of whom successfully achieved their End Point Assessment earlier this month.
This marks Stansted’s third successful apprenticeship cohort, and as their chosen provider, we couldn’t be prouder of their achievement, work ethic, and commitment to learning.
An impressive 50% of the cohort achieved a Distinction, reflecting the outstanding performance and dedication of the apprentices, their trainers, and the wider service.
The cohort began their journey in June 2024 at the Fire Service College in Moreton-in-Marsh, completing both the 8-week Firefighter Development Programme and a 2-week Aviation Conversion Course, before returning to station to continue their development through tailored, on-the-job learning in a unique and challenging environment.
A special thank you to the Service, Delivery Coaches, and wider team for their continued support, dedication, and guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey.
