The Static Tank is part of the wider LPG training area, which includes several different scenarios. It allows firefighters to develop and practice the application of correct firefighting skills which enable them to safely advance and extinguish the fire. This venue enables the application of cooling techniques. 

A bunded training area, with dedicated drainage, suitable for the use of biodegradable foam or water based techniques.
