Industrial A is a five storey, carbonaceous fire building with both large and small internal compartments. It provides a variety of scenarios and training environments, including a ground floor car fire, but a key deliverable is high rise training, utilising both wet and dry risers. The venue has a pressurised stair case for tactical ventilation and safe entry when fighting high rise fires.

A main carbonaceous fire house, this venue has been used on numerous occasions by a range of organisations for search and recovery training.
