Leisure Attendant- Full Time and Casual

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting the Sports Centre Manager in developing customer relationships, creating a quality customer experience within the centre.

  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer care & service delivery is achieved within the centre. They will deal with complaints and issues brought to them in an appropriate way and work with the Sports Centre Manager to resolve any issues.

  • Carrying out lifeguarding duties in line with centre and national standards as part of their daily shift duties.

  • Carrying out any training required in line with National Guidance to remain competent for role.

  • Assisting the Sports Centre Manager in the management of the centre across shifts to ensure the centre is operational at all times.

  • Potentially assisting in delivery of Centre Swimming Lessons as required

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Be in possession or in the process of gaining an RLSS NPLQ qualification.

  • Ideally hold a recognised Group Exercise Qualification

  • Preferred experience within the Leisure industry or other suitable role.

  • An interest in sport and the Leisure industry.

  • Required to obtain an advanced DBS certificate as part of the process prior to offer.

  • Competent swimmer

  • Ideally hold a recognised Group Exercise Qualification
