Working for the Fire Service College
We’re a successful and ambitious organisation. Our people are our most important asset and we are proud to work with a team of talented and committed individuals.
We recruit into a number of areas including administration, marketing, finance, training, as well as into various support functions across areas such as customer support and incident ground maintenance.
We also regularly recruit qualified, talented and ambitious seconded officers from the UK Fire and Rescue Service to deliver specialist training to our learners.
Please note that the Fire Service College does NOT directly recruit firefighters. Recruitment of whole time and retained firefighters is the responsibility of each individual Fire and Rescue Service in the UK. If you are interested in becoming a firefighter, please contact your local Fire and Rescue Service or Chief Fire Officers Association (CFOA) for further information.
Our values
At the heart of everything we do is a shared commitment to deliver a service of the highest possible quality to customers across all our marketplaces and to continually improve on the way in which all those involved contribute to this. Here’s a little about the standards we expect.
