Places of Worship

Chapel

Opposite the Library is the National Memorial Chapel, which is open 24 hours a day for quiet reflection.  It contains the Book of Remembrance recording the names of all Firefighters who have died on operational duty in Britain since 1939.  The page is turned every day and names read out during services.

A simple non-denominational service is held every week on Thursdays at 13:00 hrs, to which all are welcome.  It is also used by firefighters and their families for special events.  The part-time Chaplain, Stephen Tyrrell, is available at the College every Thursday morning and can be contacted via Reception for any pastoral needs.

Masjid

There are two prayer areas on site containing prayer facilities and religious texts

Majlis

The College has two dedicated traditional Arabic style lounges with Arabic television channels, kitchen facilities, and spaces for prayer.  For further information please contact Reception.

Bibles and Qur'ans are available from Reception and the Library. Please return them after use.
