Develop and deliver impactful incident command training. The SFJ Awards Level 4 course enables Fire & Rescue Services to train staff more efficiently and effectively.
Develop and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to design and deliver effective Incident Command training in line with current frameworks and operational contexts.
Fire and Rescue staff responsible for training delivery.
A teaching or training qualification is required in addition to operational experience in incident command roles (ideally three years experience).
Duration: 5 days - in-person.
SFJ Level 4 Award in Designing and Delivering Incident Command Training.
