IMPORTANT
NOTICE
The Fire Service College was transferred to Capita by the
Department of Communities and Local Government on the
28th February 2013.
The College is now in private ownership and is not a Royal
College nor the holder of a Royal Warrant.
Capita has embarked on a two year transformation of the College
that will see a broad range of investments across both the College
infrastructure and training capabilities. One of the key changes
taking place is the development and launch of a new brand identity
to reflect the change of ownership and private investment now being
made. The new branding will reflect this change as the
College embarks on the next stage of its evolution.
The College continues under covenant to be the custodian of a
number of Key National Resilience Capabilities on behalf of the UK
Government. It will retain its use of UK Fire and Rescue
Service secondees in its training model to maintain frontline
operational currency and experience in the delivery of core
training.
