Indoor Cycling

An upbeat cardiovascular workout with instructors motivating participants through hills, intervals, sprints and other routines.

HIIT

An interval class that mixes strength and cardiovascular exercises designed to keep burning fat hours after the class has finished.

Aqua Tone

Low impact water workout that focuses on a whole body conditioning.

Circuits

Multi station exercises designed to hit all areas of the body with a different workout each week.

Boot Camp

A variety of different exercises ranging from team challenges to fat burning circuits.

Pilates

Low impact exercises working on strength, flexibility and core control.

Boxfit

A non-contact class where participants learn pad work technique whilst toning and fat burning.

Adult Swimming Lessons

These drop in sessions are available to all abilities whether you are a complete beginner or training for an event. The class is run every Wednesday apart from the last Wednesday of each month and cost £5 per session.
